Skillshelf is a digital product marketplace operated from the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By purchasing or using any product on Skillshelf, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase. For questions, contact us at support@skillshelf.online.

All products sold on Skillshelf are digital downloads (PDF ebooks and guides). Due to the nature of digital goods:

• No refunds after download. Once a download link has been accessed, the sale is final and no refund will be issued.
• 7-day refund window (undownloaded). If you have purchased a product but have not accessed the download link within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing support@skillshelf.online with your order reference.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Paystack's refund timelines.

Skillshelf is the seller of record for all transactions on this platform. Your payment receipt will be issued by Skillshelf. We are responsible for the content, delivery, and support of all products listed.

When you purchase a product on Skillshelf, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others (including uploading to file-sharing sites).
• Use the product to create competing products or derivative works for commercial sale.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or attributions within the files.

Violation of this licence may result in account termination and legal action under Nigerian copyright law.

Your download link is emailed to you immediately after a successful payment. Download links are unique to your order and expire after 48 hours from the time of purchase. If your link has expired, contact us at support@skillshelf.online with your order reference to receive a fresh link.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or inbox capacity issues. Always check your spam folder before contacting support.

All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Skillshelf does not store your card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. All transactions are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

Skillshelf reserves the right to update, revise, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Where a product you have purchased receives a material update, we will endeavour to notify you by email and provide access to the updated version at no additional cost.

All products on Skillshelf are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, earnings, or exam scores from the use of our products. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. Testimonials on our site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of typical results.

All content on Skillshelf — including product text, ebook content, graphics, thumbnails, brand assets, and website code — is the intellectual property of Skillshelf or its content creators and is protected under Nigerian and international copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Skillshelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of Skillshelf after changes constitutes your acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
